Achmad Fadzil started mentoring as a volunteer with the Giant Trampoline Project at Yayasan Mendaki in 2002, and had been a program director for the Streetwise Programme - a juvenile programme administered by Singapore's Ministry of Social and Family Development - at Societus Ltd.

He has also experienced multiple professional roles in the Civil Service (as a police investigator at Central Police Division), in technology (at NCS Pte Ltd) and in finance (Barclays Investment Bank). As an entrepreneur, he invests and manages several business outfits in Singapore and Indonesia.

Fadzil has been mentoring youths casually for the past 20 years and now undergoing the Professional Certificate in Coaching at SMU Academy as part of his efforts to attain accreditation by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
