The ULTIMATE Singa Edition is a lifestyle optimization tutelage program for individuals (especially non Malay-speaking ones) who are also interested in learning and applying Bahasa Melayu every day, at least with other Bahasa Melayu speakers.

Join the program if you are looking to improve your Bahasa Melayu academic performance in school. There are also opportunities to interact with a community of Bahasa Melayu speakers within or beyond your networks.

This program also aims to promote awareness on 21st century Malay culture practiced by urban dwellers in city-state Singapore and those who are based in other cities around the world.

Introduction

We are excited to launch one of the first of a series of our ULTIMATE program. In this program, we integrate academic curriculum used in schools into our LifeScape framework.

Singa Edition specifically integrates what is being learned by students of the Malay language in public schools in Singapore. Our program has been designed for native Bahasa Melayu speakers and even for those who do not use Bahasa Melayu when performing their daily life activities.

The Ultra Lifestyle Optimization Management Team (ULTIMATE) is a core team of between 2 to 3 members taking care of your interests. This team engages you and acts as the bridge between you and subject matter experts.

LifeScape

A list of 14 lifestyle domains that color your life. We encourage impacteurs to explore and appreciate these domains, and set meaningful goals for these domains and achieve each one of them. Indulging in most of them makes life more fulfilling and satisfying.

PERMANENCE

This System for Personal Management, Change and Effectiveness (PERMANENCE) paints your personal and environmental landscape to understand where you come from, where you are now and where you will go.

Management of Opportunities and Resources (MORE)

We mutually determine the structure of the program based on individual needs, priorities, opportunities and available resources. Our role as facilitator is to maximize these opportunities and resources where possible.

Depending on your background, true goals are set only when you are driven and ready - well-informed of possibilities and actual potentials.

PLOT

Plot your success with PLOT - our Personal Life Optimization Tools. PLOT allows you to manage your life using purposeful digital utilities which include chat and elearning features, which are available in our ZOUQ app.

This individualized program is open to:

those belonging to any race or ethnicity
those who hail from any country

Although this program has been designed for students, individuals such as homemakers, professionals, business owners, freelancers or even the unemployed can join as learners and later progress as part of our ULTIMATE team. There will be no academic elements and to be part of our personal management team, additional coaching courses may apply.

Success Team

When you join our program, you will be assigned a core management team to oversee your progress.

We ensure that our team is supported by qualified individuals. They are either NIE-trained teachers, registered social workers, coaches accredited by International Coaching Federation or professionals trained either by our in-house trainers or externally.

For students, you have the option to choose team members who are NIE-trained teachers specializing in a specific subject.

Pre-requisites

There are no pre-requisites for this program. In order for us to determine your right starting point, you will be individually assessed prior to the commencement of your program.

Structure

As this is a customized program, the structure explained below resembles a generic version of a typical program structure.

Duration

This program lasts for 12 months.

Frequency

As a guide, engagement sessions are conducted at least twice a week, 10 to 30 minutes per session. Our goals management process is based on AGILE (SCRUM) methods of project management, where sessions are held very frequently but in shorter duration of time. Sessions will be extended when required.

Mode of Engagement

Most sessions will be conducted online. However, this is based on the exact needs of the individual. The types of engagements are varied, between online learning forums, private email communication, video conferencing and chat text messages.

Program Fees

Our published fees range from SGD $300 per month onwards.

While programs like ours are typically designed for those who can afford it, we acknowledge that our program is most relevant to those who may not be able to afford it.

Therefore, as a social enterprise, we are subsidizing our fees for deserving candidates. This means that anyone who exceeds our requirement can participate even without paying anything, subject to availability of places.
